Anyone use these on Nip? If so how well did they work? Got a base and the jigging add on kit for Christmas and wondering if anyone uses them and what they jig with. Good bad or ugly i will likely try it out in the next few days. |

I read somewhere that generally they prefer 30 inch and less. It also said it will work with some 30+ inch rods but depends on how stiff the rod is. I set it up on my kitchen table and with a 28 inch rod it is set on 5 out of 7. 7 being for the longest possible rod and 1 being the shortest rod. |

Wow. I’ve haven’t broke a rod yet and I’ve fished with the jaw jacker in -15 temps. I have it for two season now and I wouldn’t go without it. I’m curious about the jigger add on too. I bet it would be dynamite on the nipissing walley |
