If it’s a bolt-on kit, and looks like the pic, you don’t need a shop to help do you? Cut your tongue, drill holes, install bolts that’s it. Guess you likely have to cut any wiring, and re-splice too. I built one from scratch for a big 30 something foot offshore race boat, but that was as an employee at a machine shop…I made all the parts - basically a huge heavy duty hinge and pin - and the customer took it and installed it on his own.
