Hi All

My cousin is down from Nova Scotia and rented a place by Levigne end of this week. Never been in that area and hope to get musky and smallies. I see temps will be dropping so might be slow.

Anyone have any pointers on general patterns, depth, area

Thanks
Mike

Hi

Lots views, no feedback. Not looking for specific hotspots just opinions on general areas. Heading up tomorrow

Thanks

I fish that part of the lake a lot - stay at Panorama Camps - you need to be careful lots of rocks just under the surface. If you go straight out towards the Hardwood Islands once you get to the directional buoy on the left you will see off to the right a number of islands - there are tons of shoals so be careful but the smallies and pike are good. There is also Bear Creek and Hay Narrows - but be careful and get good directions - again shoals just under the water. Also if you go to the end of the Hardwood islands you will find some small islands - carefully go through and you will see a marker - shoal but good bass fishing. There is also a lot of bays as your leaving the Lavigne area which hold some nice pike. Have fun and be careful
