Just sold my home and as a gift to me I'd like to do a fly in between September 13th and on....just 2 people, willing to pay up to 4k

Does anyone know of fly in outposts that can accomodate only 2 people and 2 dogs?don't really care about the species,I'd prefer specks, walleye and/or pike, but I'm not fussy, just want to take my cousin on a good trip

Any recommendations?

What area are you from and how far do you want to travel?

Fished the Albany river years back. The best walleye and pike fishing my group ever saw. Specs are there also. About a 15 hour drive from my home. Lots of choices out there. Do your research and you will have a good trip. Good luck

Where abouts on the Albany 7rubicon? I'm heading back up there in a few weeks and can hardly wait.

Simcoesod, if you tack on another hour or two to the drive you can get to Nakina, and open up a lifetime of possibilities. I've used Luenbergers, Twin Lakes, and Namegosikka for outfitters out of Nakina and all were great. Hearst and Cochrane have a few options as well.

I've been to Errington's a few times. Always a great trip: good food, good hosts, clean cabins, excellent walleye and pike fishing.

Speck season closes September 1st in most of the North. Tons of options for walleye though, a couple of hours looking at fly-in lodges on the internet and you will have many to choose from.
