Callander bay ice condition/thickness

Anyone care to share how callander bay is looking for ice thickness? Many thanks in advance

To be honest, the ice sucks big time in Callander Bay. I would say around 6 inches but not consistent from what I heard. Where I fished today, it was 6 inches on the North shore of the bay. The big problem is the slush all around. Very difficult to move around on any type of vehicle (sled or ATV). Not a lot of shacks out yet and mine is not going out until next weekend probably. Not taking any chances.

Fishing was ok. Was out there for a couple of hours and caught four walleye, one nice keeper! Groups all around were catching fish fairly consistently.
