Goshawk, I think you’re right about fisherman/boaters still be able to do their thing without the need to be vocal. It’s a lot easier to pop by a lake and toss out a line than it is to access a course & hit some balls.
Fishing & boating have a lot of exemptions (loopholes?) such as access to property and sustenance/livelihood. Of course that could/would change if it was completely shut down without exceptions; enforcement action taken; & fines issued.

Today's new case totals is 1616 for Ontario, lowest since prior to when the current "stay at home" directive started. Also, any adult in Ontario is now eligible for a vaccine, and 2nd vaccinations are also being given in certain circumstances. Maybe Uncle Doug will pay attention to the current trend and his medical/scientific team and start to loosen up the restrictions very soon.

Every provincial park and conservation area I called yesterday that have boat ramps are open...
thanks for the info
Now I didn't call them all lol but talking to staff, they all believed they are open and they never herd of any being shut down... I've been told some marinas are open and not following the shut down and I don't blame them. Government run can open but the little guys can't, complete BS .
