On Sunday I smoked the Chinook I caught on Friday--Indian Candy style.

Following pic is the finished product. Nice maple glaze and I can assure you it is very tasty.

2nd pic is 4 packages vac. sealed and headed for the freezer.

I started using your recipe with some minor tweaks on my Webber smokey mountain for lake trout, it's absolutely delicious.
