I won’t be posting any pics because it wasn’t me or my fish but a buddy of mine caught a 29”+ 10lbs + on Saturday in callander bay. The co officer said it’s biggest he had seen this year. From browsing the net I can’t find many post of 10+ fish. How rare is it to catch a 10+ out of nip? Thanks

lots of 29” walleye get caught in Nip. Depending on when you catch them can make a huge difference as far as weight goes. not surprised a 29” in early march would weigh 10lbs. but that same fish just after spawn will have lost a lot of weight.

Doing a solo trip from Monday with South River Resort. Just caught and released this monster 27" long and 7.7lb this morning. Bites are hot today catching mostly15"-17" eyes. So far 10 landed and lost few at the hole. Damm transducer lol.
