January 31st Weekend, Annual Trip

Six of us total.

Fishing really slow. Saw a couple of perch on the camera nut not much else. No luck today, other than two mud puppies that were caught on lines we left in the hole while washing dishes.

Hoping for a stellar day tomorrow.

Got anything pink in your tackle box. Pink jighead and minnow and pink spoons were working well for us. Try up about 2 feet from the bottom, they were hitting more aggressive up there vs off the bottom where they were finicky and the bite was light.

Had a blast, but not as much luck fishing.

I caught a couple on white jig heads. Didn’t have any pink.

Still, bad day fishing is always better than a good days work.
