Totally agree with big fish in the tribs this time of year even with low water. Have been hitting average size bows constant pending water conditions since early Feb....all the fish this week are spawning or spawned out...majority of the fish will be done and gone before opening day....getting the boats in this weekend.

Those are some nice ones for sure I’ve always wanted to try for some river bows, just never got around to it. Maybe this will be the year I get my crap in order and give it a go.

Saw several redds in this section which is sad because it’s to low in the system for survival. I caught Steel a month ago that we’re about ready to spawn so I agree and really hope they all spawn WAY before opener. That being said I know there were many fresh Chrome hens still pure skein around. Need a warm spell to get them further up river and into prime spawning water.
