The bugs out on the lake right now are just pests.
They stay far enough away from you to not worry.
They do not bite.
just a few land on you.
A breeze helps keep most of them away.
You only get them around you when stopped...such as whitefish jigging.

As the day gets warmer, there are a more and more of them around you.

Breathe through your nose.
