Heading to moon river this weekend for some pike. Probably gonna head over to honey harbour and Blackstone Harbour

I’ll let you guys know how it goes.

Wish me luck, first time up there but have heard great stories

Fish were biting last weekend.

tons of Pike, bass were biting more than usual as well

Cant wait to get back out there for bass opener

Any one know how much moon river marina charges to launch. Or know of a free launch to get into bottom of the river

Nice people at the Moon River Marine launch... was there a couple weeks back looking to beat O’Briens Musky, but no such luck! Lol

$14 was the fee if I recall correctly,

I hit a few pike, but nothing over 35 inches... and ZERO musky.

I guess tossing and trolling lures the size of small children limits the likelihood of catching volume! Lol

Nothing wrong with a 35" pike. I find our average every year is around 23" or 24"
