And what could be better.... I packed in my salmon charters early this year as we had planned this trip all year and it did not disappoint at all.

From the scenery to the beginning of the fall colors, great temperatures , food and all around fun, the time just flew by

There were 4 tough days of fishing but many more when all species were on fire. I am really noticing how wind direction plays into fishing results up there as well as time of day..

Quite often the best action was early afternoon, but you could always count on evening topwater action as long as the wind died off

Hope you enjoy the pics cause they all look the same to me even though they are not

Nice, always nice to get away for a couple of weeks. Looks like the fishing was good and the fall colors and sunsets look amazing. Fall is a great time to be up north, I am heading up to the lake for 9 days over Thanksgiving as well.
