The picture says it all, usually requires wind for action like this in my experience, but the lake was like glass and whitefish were swimming in circles around the boat. They were inhaling our baits suspended and chasing 3/4 of the water column to smash our lures. Launched by 8am, off the water shortly after noon. We were the only ones out there. 1 shy of a 2 man limit. I now have carpal tunnel.... haha... no further elaboration.

No, they get scaled, boneless filets with skin on, then smoked and vacuum packed. The other half are done boneless skinless beer batter. Sometimes we mix it up cook scaled whole stuffed... I have a hungry household, spring whitefish are our fish for the year. Of course, we stay within our possession limit as a household, well within. Best skin on any smoked fish I’ve had.
