Hey guys, I just got back from a cottage on Pigeon for the week and was wondering if anyone knows whether or not they are staging out front of rivers and creeks in the area between Mississauga and Hamilton. would love to try to get out to do some trolling, but im limited to a 12' aluminum and being Lake O, its gotta be that perfect day (weather wise) so I cant exactly head out and check. I know it should be any day now if they haven't started yet. Thanks in advance. PM me if you'd like

Was out of Oakville yesterday morning, and fished in 80’ of water. They’re definitely setting up out there, we had 12 takers and all that came to the boat were high teens/mid twenties and very dark....I’d say they’ll soon be headed for the rivers, especially with all the rain we got today.

A few more weeks and they will be in full force.

Here in Wasaga with the rains and wind direction pretty confident that we'll see some major runs within 5 days ...

OK, but the Notty is so high and muddy that it will be very hard to fish.

30' of water hitting salmon 15'down on monday in Port Credit. Yes they are staging. Starting to get dark which means good to fight, no good for the plate in my opinion..
