The ATV ride in and having a back lake to myself would be enough, the fish would be a bonus. Nice brookie

The ride in on the atv is quite bumpy compared to the ride in by snowmobile.

You are the master Sparky! My son and I tried a speck lake a couple weeks ago using your method of finding 54 degree water temperature and found it was still down at 26 feet. We tried jigging minnows and spoons at that depth but no bites.... it was also midday and we only tried for an hour and a half. Iím looking forward to some fall trout fishing.

Im no master im just lucky.I find trolling with a 1 oz weight will get you down to that depth once i get hits i will go back to that area and drop down a line watching my bait on the finder.

Iím fishing for speckles in the Dorset /Algonquin area . We are usually fishing stocked lakes in the backcountry and access them with an atv with a canoe on top or just portaging in.

What i would really like to do in 2019 is try some fishing for brookies in the park to see if i could have luck also there i really think it would be a challenge for me.Just need someone to guide me.I would never go there without someone that knows the area.
