World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 5296 Member No.: 50 Joined: February 10, 2011	Fished with a buddy on a lake in Georgian Bay area. Caught some nice crappie (with a few over 14 inches), and landed some smelts, too:-)

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 2719 Member No.: 18589 Joined: September 15, 2020	That is a very nice crappie and will taste great on the plate. That should be the biggest in the derby unless DB or RM or another member catch a crappie that can rival that monster.

Hi Dave, I was using a tiny jighead tipped with wax worm (not real/live but some plastic or rubber ones)
