Unlike OPG sites I haven't found a rule curve for Nipissing so I really can't relate what I see at lake edge with what it should be. Sandy shores have no high water mark so I find it hard to gauge.
I see the Sturgeon River is not passing much water at all and Lake Temagami is 3/10ths of a meter low and spilling 1.5cms (1500Litres per second) or a dribble relative to what it usually spills this time of year. Not much rain in sight this week either. Nipissing is not going to get help from the north.
