Well I got an invite from a buddy who said there was an open spot.
So I was in.
What a great bunch of guys. We had a blast.
2 days of fishing.
Jeff our host was awesome. He have us into the fish.
There were guys up the 1st day and they did not have much luck. The 2day Jeff moved the huts for the guys. They ended up with 4 keepers lmao.
Our group ended the 2 days with 113 eyes 4 keepers. 6 jumbo perch and a herring.
Our group lost over 50 fish. Awesome time.
The interesting thing was on our way back on the 2nd day the COs stop a couple our guys.
One of our guys was on a Atv, the other group were in the shuttle back to camp. 2 separate stops. All they wanted to know is if they got and kept any fish. They took measurements of the fish they had.
So be careful guys the COs are out here.
Sorry no pictures.
Looking forward to the next time we are up.
Tight lines guys.

Great fishing. It is nice to see that a few keepers are being caught. Nothing beats a nice fish fry on the ice. How many of you guys were fishing that you got so many? I hope you guys left a few for us as we will be there from the 13th-16th. We will have to show longshank how it is done since he will be up somewhere else on the lake

There was 7 of us. 2 huts.
I think the count was about even for the jig head and a minnow compared to buck shots, Swedish pimples, Cleo’s, and mister champs.
Green seemed to be the hot colour.
