looks like a neat idea how is yours holding up ?. the reviews didn't look to good on it...

Bought it mostly for summer fishing have not used it yet but looks very sturdy....plastic......I might even tape a plastic self stick ruler to it for the slot sizes in my area.

It does have its own measuring marks but at the same colour as the body not as easy to read as if you use a self stick ruler.

That's exactly what I use. I made a few mods to it thought.

1. I have the slot sticker on the inside to easily measure the fish.
2. I riveted two 2x4 metal brackets on the side. This way I can hang it on the side of the boat so it's out of the way but still have easy access to it.
