Tell me the cabin number so I can AVOID that area when I'm up at SSIC in 2 weeks. Looks like you stung every fish in the lake!

Thanks it is always a great time big numbers or not.. The fish are just a bonus!
Just about everything worked from pink a buckshot to gold jigging raps tipped with minnow heads. Would recommend having a couple dead sticks going while jigging though they were going off half the time. Good luck out there!

Thanks for the tips.

We have one buddy who's fishing technique is to drink lots of beer the first night, sleep-in till noon in the top bunk, leave his rod on the bottom bunk, not put a minnow on his hook, keep the hatch in the floor closed and leave his hook about 1 foot under the ice...

It's not the most effective technique

Awesome report! We always hit SSIC for the final weekend of the season. Typically with the milder temperatures the fishing has been on fire. Garnet, Cara Lee and the crew being top notch is the cherry on top of an epic weekend. Tight lines to everyone this season. Can't wait to get out there!
