They're about 24 dollars and the green cylinders are like 3 for 9 dollars.
It pushes out 10,000 btu and it's great to heat up your portable fish hut (also can heat up a can of soup).

I also use a one burner butane camp stove...great to have a warm cup of tea out there!!

WIre mesh over the flame helps if you dont want an open flame.

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 11183 Member No.: 118 Joined: February 11, 2011	Got to get this clear 3 sizes of Buddies litle buddy.basic model and no auto start feature.......not efficient enough for 4 man pop-up Mr. buddy is most popular with enough BTU and adjustable heat features. On high till popup warms up, then low to meduim. cylinder lasts for 4-6 hrs. I just refill mine...... Big Buddy.....too big to tote around and not necesary for pop ups imo. HIH.......

Good choice

It works great in my Clam base camp

I alos put on a small homemade bracket to stop the pilot lite from having the wind blow it out.

I posted pic of this unit last year for some members. actually another board member created it and works great
