hey guys, I will be going to bay of quinte this coming Saturday and sunday so I can try a few locations. ive never fished the area and was wondering what areas the walleye stay in at this time of season, ive been hearing about places like picton and Belleville and even the mouth of the trent producing fish but that was a few weeks back and im not sure if the walleye have moved out. any info is appreciated. keep in mind I can walk a fair distance out but no where a sled can travel. thanks!

All I can tell you is that BOQ ice can be very dangerous due to strong currents. I hope you are not fishing alone and even if your not check locally about areas before heading out. Your best bet for the 1st time on BOQ is to get a guide. Then you will know in for future. Be safe out there

I haven't been in years but wouldn't think of going out without current local knowledge.

I will be going out with 2 others, I understand safety is a big issue, my plan was to find a spot that has good success right now and just follow track from others onto the ice.
