Considering I live within walking distance and simcoe will probably be a slushy mess right now I think ill try sturgeon at first light any tips for crappy or gills or any panfish that swim in water I will be in the hickory beach area to start thanks

I would guess to look for green weeds or weed edges.

Out last night...nothing but nibbles, out with a buddy this morning on ice before daylight few perch and my buddy tied into something big probably a walleye but it took him to bottom and snagged a log, ice was tightened back up good so tonight I took the wheeler and a buddys borrowed portable fished from 430 until about 630 some decent perch and then all of a sudden this bad boy decided to come say hi.... I will add before anyone says anything it was a quick pic and back down the hole
