You could go down to bluffers marina and fish the bay or around the rocks in the shallows. great pike fishing in and around the downtown Toronto area. use rapala husky jerks and 1/2 ounce spinnerbaits. Good luck

thanks for the suggestion, I don't usually go to toronto tho, i'll probably go to either canal or mitchell, and when gull river opens in may i'll try there, the pike should be spawning late this year! hopefully the bass spawn late too

I've never fished there myself, just heard they are loaded with them. I think they are on the smaller side but tons of them. Maybe someone that has fished there can confirm or deny what I have heard.

I head canal and or mitchell lakes are good never fished them myself but a friend of mine usually does, I'm hoping to this year I'm suffering withdrawl right now too much ice and not enough at the same time

afew years ogo ,fished it alot. tons of 1-3 lbers then, i am thinking prob a bit bigger now ,back then i did get some in the 7, 8 lb range as well
