The MNR has no Jurisdiction over any Native Harvest, they can not change anything. The Natives have first rights when it comes to harvest, which was upheld by the Supreme Court of Canada.
Did the supreme court of Canada uphold commercial fishing as well as personal reguirements for the native community?
