The way I see it, this is either or set up to catch fisherman that "should" know they are not allowed to do this but do it anyways for the money..they should be fined in this case for not going over the rules/regs.

Or this is just someone asking for fish that doesn't know the law and thinks its a legal thing to do because they do not exactly teach these kinda things as we are growing up, I'm sure a lot of people would think its legal.. It's not like it is a serious offence asking for sunfish for a pond.. He should just get taught a lesson with a warning..

I believe that you cannot stock a pond without the fish coming from a farm as well....or maybe that goes in part with the live fish transport rule.

Send it to the MNR
