Just spent a week in the bay that I have been visiting since the sixties.
Larry and I had great weather although the boat broke two ropes at the dock on two occasions facing a west wind. I was able to secure her both times and no damage.We stay at friends cottage across from NBYC.My minn kota gave us one day of service but I want to give hats off to George at Bay View Distributing for doing everything possible to try and get us back trolling, parts had to come from the USA. We were able to get our feed on perch but largest eye was 16 inches. We talked with a local of twenty years and he had just caught 14 that morning with no keepers.We heard about the protest that happened at Wasi falls and I'm hoping that some resolution can be found to continue to keep Nipissing the treasure that it is.Only a couple of pic's, the phone hit the water.Still hoping she dry out.Cheers
