What is open!, MnR regs are crazy to understand

Hey all: I am from the Ottawa area and am heading up to stay at the Memquisit Lodge from Friday to Sunday and I am having troubles figuring out the regs for zone 11. I do know that walleye are closed now ( surprised by that ) but I am trying to figure out Musky. I do not want to lug over 200lbs of gear up if it is closed. A website I found said it was closed but looking at the regs it seems that it could be open. Again the regs are not that easy to understand if you are not from the area. I have all the proper gear etc for catching and releasing them safe and sound as I fish the Ottawa river for them many times a year. Anyway I am up with a few buddies and they will be fishing for bass and pike so I thought I would troll for musky instead.

Any help would be appreciated and I do not need spots unless you feel like sharing. I can figure water out but always will say yes to some help..lol
