Cheers! [/QUOTE] Just an observation, something I picked up at a seminar. With regard to twister tail position. Tail down creates more action, tail catches water like a keel. Tail up is more subtle action, the jig head baffles the water. It sort of makes sense, if you put on your scientist beanie. I go by that theory, using it in conjunction with weather, water temperature, and fish activity.
Interesting thoughts on top vs bottom. Not sure that I would agree in cases as could depend on the type of grub using.
I'm using trigger-x walleye grubs 3.5". That's why I'm very intrigued with Erik's questionn on how I rig them. Every time that I put new grub on or reset used one I check the action in the water.
I will respond soon to Erik's question and maybe add a few photos as examples.
I do not use glue to hold on any of my various trigger-x - no need to with jig I'm using as gives tight fit. And once jig is done for day I remove - glue would prevent me from reusing the jigs.

I don't think that we are secretive - rather avoiding pasting the locations on the www.
Agree - not just the site but the bait and presentation counts! And on location I am encouraging to changing thoughts and behaviours.
Just not good to advertise / post that "specific location" is the spot on the www.
