I fished center pin yesterday for couple hours dodging ice flows and debris landing 4 1/2 lb. female. I went back this morning for one hour river was up 1 - 1 1/2 feet dirty and twice the debris as yesterday . Thinking I will try some rocking chair fishing Wednesday and try to keep wind to my back Guess that will depend which way wind is blowing wheather I bike in or take short walk. Who knows might see you there

Once the lower Notty rises it stays that way for a while. It will probably take 10 days before it gets back down to yesterdays level.

Ralph---bear in mind that the gate is closed.

The level has risen another 150 mm over the past couple of days. Bring some heavy duty sinkers

, Maybe Bob caught his fish on the upper section?

Even if he gate is closed its really not that far to walk in from the gate. Really not that hard of a walk compared to walking a few kms out on frozen lake simcoe. Just my two cents. Was planning on going tommorow but my daughter is getting a award at school and since im off from work at that time i said i would go to watch.
