Hi guys. If you are like me, the itch is really happening given it has been a month or so since I have fished last. My suggestion to scratch that itch is to post some pictures from Nip adventures last year. I will get us started...

Sorry no pics to post, we get so excited and had so much action last year that we didnt take any pictures. We have been wtih Idle Tyme for the last 3 years and have had great success. Last year was probably the best year we have had in a long time. That being said we are booked for the first week again this year and we are starting to get worried if there is going to be sufficient ice for our trip. Is anybody else getting worried that their trips may be delayed a little this year?

It should be fine. Last year was crazy cold. This year hopefully is more normal with more than enough ice

Does anyone know when the 2015 regulations get printed so we can find out if walleye is open on Nipsissing or not? I would think it has to be any day now...

I would assume no changes to current regs....and I have not heard any legit rumours from any of the locals of any revisions to the regs...but who knows!

Some people do, but they say its better to eat them right away or they kind of get mushy and not so nice tasting. Sort of like whitefish. Not that great to freeze
