Trophy Trout Group: Members Posts: 798 Member No.: 7499 Joined: December 02, 2014	We will be smoking some brown trout tomorrow using the recipe on the Simcoe board under resources. We purchased a value pack with a bag of hickory chips, some apple chips, cherry chips, and mesquite chips. Which ones do you guys prefer? Any cool combinations out there? We plan on doing Apple and Cherry.
