Upper paudash in North bay, caught 5 lakers, 2 splake, and last weekend had 8 lakers, 3 splake... Best to download navinoics it'll help you with depth control!

Paudash is a very dark lake, pretty hard to fish unless you know the spots. I suggest checking out centre lake just north of paudash. Great fishing there

Centre lake has splake and perch, it's a nice easy 50 foot walk to right out off the point where you park of 118, I fished it acouple days ago, marked acouple, no bites

Tell me more about Centre lake, sounds like a great spot to bring the kids and maybe catch some trout for myself. Is the parking obvious? Ie right on 118 or is there a side road? How deep I it near the HWY I see that the lake is pretty big. Lastly, is it damned? Are there areas to watch out for think ice!

I've tried center lake a few times in the winter and have only caught chubs! It's a big lake with only on access that I know of

Here's my chubby

Theres parking right off of 118 right beside the boat launch, don't know how clear of snow that will be but i think they clear it enough to park. I know the locals love fishing that lake over other lakes in the area. Good luck and Post your report if you get the chance to get out.
