Hey guys, I am essentially brand new to this. I have gone out ice fishing a few times with my buddies, but now I have my own gear and am ready to try this myself!

Can somebody tell me where exactly to find the Causeway bait shop? When I put the address in my GPS it comes up wrong.
Also, from the bait shop, where would be a good spot to park and walk out onto the ice to fish?

Also any other pointers of location, tackle, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

I am planning on going out on Sunday with a friend who is also a rookie ice fisherman.

Thanks for helping out a rookie guys!

Also, I should mention that I am coming up from Whitby so I would prefer to stay along the southern area of the lake.

Thanks!

Bait shop is right on Hwy 7A just past the causeway on south side. After u have bait go to the boat launch and park them look for other huts or fishermen.
