Got out today at lunch on one of my backlakes and landed this Brookie and my friend lost one right out of his hands back down the hole.

Hi Sparky, heading up to manitoulin then the Elliott lake derby in February. Any chance you would take a guest out for Speckles. PM If you want. My cousin and her husband live just outside Sudbury. He is a avid backlake speckle freak, but cant always find the time to go.

This is a hard one because i stop fishing brookies end of January the bite slows down for me then i switch over to lakers for a month then come March i start again for Brookies.Feb also brings lots of snow in the bush and this year i only have quad to break trail into backlakes depends on snowfall but like i said i think brookies slow down in Feb.
