Decided to go to my shore fishing spot on the West side of the Bay today, rather than go to the mouth of the Notty. Where I shore fish, there is a small creek that flows in nearby and I thought after yesterdays rain the fish might be closer to shore.
Three others thought the same thing and that made four of us fishing there.

By 9:30 we had landed 7 nice Steelhead, the biggest was 6.5lbs and I got a 2.5 and a 4.5lb fish. They go into the smoker on Wednesday--Indian Candy style!!

Only a few hits after 9:30 and no more hookups.

Didn't seem to matter what spawn or colour you used--the fish were hitting.

From the look of the weather forecast, Thursday could be another good day.
