Tromblys when I'm up that way, and locally the closest fishing shop to me, at 40 minutes drive is Kingsway tackle in Guelph. There are other shops in Guelph, but one is wildly overpriced, and the other is terribly under stocked!

Well I have got to say Cabelas....they gave jr a job! I like Lebarons...they use to offer emergency services a discount! I will never go back to Sail....I once asked a salesman to put manual augers aside for me as I was on my way to pick them up...when I got there , the salesmen were all listening to a sales rep give a product knowledge seminar....I waited til he was done and asked for that salesman.....he never put the riggers aside for me.....then when I asked if he could go in the back to get some for me.....he blew me off...he was more interested in the sales rep and getting freebies from him...so I went to complain at the courtesy desk...they didn't seem too interested.....this same guy shows and asks what the problem is ...and I said you!.....he still didn't get it.......I left with no riggers.. Supporting the little guys is real important....I've shopped the bait bucket....TCO....trombleys..... My favourite is Release Me Baits....he's in Aurora....makes the Humpback Creepers...and other lures as well......real nice guy...he can also assist guys with getting side hooks for the ole mighty Williams.

Peters tackle in st.kitts is my go to. Except for last year when they kept running out of minnows. Hopefully scott and angela will try to maintain a good supply this year

When Cabelas opened in Barrie I figured it would save me a trip down to Vaughan to Basspro, but the prices at Cabelas are so much higher and the selection is so much lower that oftentimes it's still worth the gas to drive down to Basspro unless I'm buying terminal tackle.

I am stunned to believe that anyone would honestly consider Tromblys as their favorite outdoors store. If the poll was reversed, I would certainly vote Tromblys as one of (if not) the worst!!!

Lil guy past Epps on the hwy going north, Wise Choice, if he does not have it, he will get it, and a great gunsmith too! I also like Epps and Remi Tremblys
We normally order from Cabalas catalog and have stuff brought up from the states

I shop at them all when ever I am in the neighbourhood but TCO and SAIL tend to be my go to stores. When I was looking for a RIPTIDE, SAIL was the only one that would give me the time of day. Well actually that's not 100% true Radio World gladly took my money and held on to it for almost 2 months before I got upset at them for never even ordering it. Since that debacle I have not been back to Radio World for any electronics be it fishing related, motor sports or work.
