Lake muskoka, Any info

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 1916 Member No.: 6321 Joined: February 23, 2014	Just wondering if anyone could give me a general area to try with parking and access on lake Muskoka. I am off Friday and my fishing partner is out of commission so thought I might try some new grounds. Just looking for a legit place to park and access, not spots or anything else. Any help is appreciated. Regards, ff.

Trophy Trout Group: Members Posts: 514 Member No.: 3088 Joined: January 21, 2013	You can access from the town wharf. Right in and around the Boston Pizza. The MNR Fish On Line website shows access points on some lakes. I think it does show public access on Muskoka. It's a map option. Might have to fiddle with map settings though. Hey if the fish aren't biting, you could always get wings and a brown pop...

Parr Trout Group: Newbies Posts: 52 Member No.: 6220 Joined: February 15, 2014	I believe you can access from Pride of Muskoka marina at the end of beamont drive as well. There was a parking area there last year and snowmobile trail out onto the lake.

Spring only and their are monster gators in there.

Fry Group: Members Posts: 45 Member No.: 8954 Joined: February 13, 2015	You can get on Lake Muskoka in Milford Bay off of Milford Bay Rd. I believe they plow the parking lot at the public beach/launch. Good structure for walleye and trout around that area.

Smolt Trout Group: Members Posts: 109 Member No.: 8230 Joined: January 12, 2015	Monster pike get caught every year, my biggest was 38" last spring. Opener is the saturday of the long weekend so everyone is fishing for em. Find a small feeder creek or a bridge area and its on.

Thanks for all the Pike info, but it sounds like they are only be fished in the spring and not through the ice?
