Was out the weekend of family day and was getting them in 18ft ridiculous lite bite had to use tip ups to even detect them. Forgot to charge battery on camera or I would have been able to see them strike.

I am headed out there tomorrow with my kids, haven't been there before, but I hear it's a pretty good spot. I was also told around 30 fow for the jumbos. The warmer temps might pull them shallower. Either way, I have a feeling I will be poking a lot of holes in the ice tomorow! Haha

Was out off Sibbald yesterday. Kept a dozen 8-11 inches for a nice fry, let 3 go over 11 inches as well as one herring C&R'd. We were in 20 feet, constant bites jumbos cruised thru every half hour or so. Fished from 8-12, bite really turned off around 1030. Slabgrabbers and small rattle baits were the key, jumbos were aggressive key was playing keep away from the dinks.
