27,000$ 12" perch!, It wasnt my turn!!

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4598 Member No.: 1601 Joined: February 29, 2012	Finished the Elliot lake fishing derby walking away empty for the third straight year but left the place feeling like a winner. Just a quick report as I am now back on the island, manitoulin. First place went to a young gentleman, who won it with his 12" perch and he walked away with 27,000$ wow nice for a 100 dollar entry fee. Second place went to a local area girl and she won the 7,000$ travel package with a 11 and three quarter inch perch. Have to hit the hey now as its up early again tommoro to get some island fishing in for a few days. More followup on this Fantastic trip later in week including some lovely pics!! Nite nite!!!
