Been back through quite a few posts from the beginning of the hardwater season and haven't seen any topics on stomach contents. I know a year or two back there were several topics going on Zebra Mussels in the Whitefish Bellies. Are the hardcore whittey fisherman still finding a lot of mussels in the stomach contents.

Iced a couple of whitefish last weekend and saw that their gizzards and intestines were packed with "pinheads".

Some are empty some are just shiners and some just gobys. Some big guys in the guts this year.

I have found 2 gobys at 4. 5 inches one in a whitefish and the in the throat of a perch.

Most of the ones I've been catching at my hut are full of saltys. Prolly the ones I'm dumping down the hole. Lol
