showed the granddaughter the video and in about 20 minutes she had one made. most of that time was me trying to decide on the colours to use

The setup is called rainbow loom. You can buy the loom and the elastics at a craft store like Michaels. I have seen the elastics much cheaper at the dollar store and think I recall also seeing cheap looms there so you could check it out there. My daughter and her friends were all into making them a year or so ago so we have some of the stuff laying around the house. Maybe I should put her to work!
