I found one a few years back, couldn't find the owner. Pay as you go. Dropped it in a box to send to troops overseas.

Smolt Trout Group: Members Posts: 129 Member No.: 3539 Joined: February 10, 2013	If it's an iPhone and the owner has the find iPhone app, they can send messages/texts to the startup screen weather it's locked or not. I assume its not an iPhone though, as the owner would have done that already.
