Thanks guys! Unfortunately did not measure or weigh the whitefish as some were released and the ones we kept froze instantly out with the -30 windchill we had for 2 of the days.

We ended up pan frying them using fish crisp and flower, dipped in egg or milk prior to breading the fillets.

If id have to guess id say the 2 fish in the sun set picture were 6-7lbs those were the biggest ones the rest were 4-5 lbs, caught and released one baby about 1lb which is good to see!

amazing how finesse they are when they hit, I bet I probably missed several bites the other times I was out without realizing it.
