Hi. I'm heading up from Oakville Sunday and am wondering if you would recommend perching the west around Innisfil or east to keswick. Its about the parking. I've only ever gone up to kempenfelt but am thinking of Cooks bay now and those perch. I might be alone without a popup, not that it matters but if it gets really bad out there i might need to run back to the car, fast! Any recommendation is appreciated. P.S. and can you recommend bait shop for minnows or I can go as far as TCO to get them then head off wherever.

There is the bait shop that was mentioned at Yonge and 89, the convenience stores in Gilford and Lefroy also have minnows. Lefroy has decent size ones.
You can park on the lake at the end of Killarney Beach Rd if you want to fish out of the Lefroy area and there should be lots of parking in the Gilford area at either Gilford Rd or the first main road to the north of that as lots of people will be heading off the ice in the next while.
