Just my thought............


Wrap your tank with an ace bandage, tape or rubber band a throwaway hand warmer to the top of the ace bandage and then enclose all with a bag. I would think that the bit of heat it gives off would circulate within the bag and help with your problem.

Rap the tank in aluminum foil ,elastic bands top and bottom of foil add 1 hand warmer in between the elastics this will help its what my buddy does it seem to work and we haven't blown up yet!!!! Lol
