Yesterday Saturday fished off Oro Line 7, and landed a laker over 10 lbs early in the morning:
And then today Sunday fished off BBP. Set up my hut at 7:00AM, and then with my very first drop of line/swammer down the hole, and before it reached bottom of water, a laker showed up and went up, so I immediately closed the bail and started reeling in, and after 10 feet or so chasing the laker commit! Then I landed a 5 lb laker on my very first drop of line. I thought this is great, and looks like I might be able to perhaps land another 10 or 20 lakers later today?:-) BUT! Fished all the way to 5:00PM, and though there were some more chasers I didn't get no laker commit no more:-) Go figure.
