Newby on board, Lures

Have wanted to fish Simcoe for perch for many years, just retired and decided its time. Me and my brother in law are driving up from the Detroit area and have booked with Tim Hale for Thurs and Fri this week, just wandering what kind of lures to bring, any input would be greatly appreciated. x2 Pretty much all you need

Everybody always brings up there favourite lure/bait. Not knowing what you got, you might already own the stuff you need. You need a horizontal presentation, such as a jigging rapala, and a vertical presentation, Swedish Pimple, Buckshot rattle spoon. Think from 1/32 oz. to 1/8 oz. Soft plastic trailers from 1 inch to 3 inches. Live bait such as wax worms, and minnows. A lot of good info on Youtube how to use the various tackle, different companies show case their products. Northland, rapala, etc. Good luck on the lake, and have fun, and be safe. Be sure to post, and let us know how you did.
