methuen lake north of havloc, anyone know how the ice is fairing?

I am going to be heading to methuen lake north of havlock this weekend and would like to do some icefishing, has anyone ever fished this lake and can share some spots i should try, alsonif anyone knows the species in this lake that would be great help aswell, cant find much online for this lake

Last year I was asking the same question as was investigating a buying into a hunting camp in the area.

If you are looking at purchasing on the lake - suggest get out quick on the ice foe your self. Are (were) there huts still on the ice?
